Client Testimonials

"We honestly had no idea how to price our services. Every quote felt like a guess, so we undercharged just to win the work and then complained about ‘low margins’ later. Jeff helped us break down our real costs, build a simple pricing structure, and package our offers so they were easy for customers to understand. Within a couple of months we were charging properly, closing at higher prices than before, and finally seeing profit left over at the end of the month."
Jason (Renovation/Construction)
"We were stuck at 64% capacity and guessing what to fix. Jeff helped us understand our enrollment pipeline, improve how we handled inquiries, and present our programs more clearly. The next school year we were full with a wait list and far less stress on our admin team."
Marcie (Private School)
“We had no idea how much money our pricing and offers were leaving on the table. Jeff helped us rework our packages and how we talk about them. We didn’t change our costs, but profit margin is up 38%, rebook rate is up 41%, and we finally feel like we’re running a business instead of just taking pictures.”

FAQ

Right now, every relationship starts with a free 20–30 minute Fit Call. You get free feedback and advice.

If we both want to keep working together after that, most owners invest about what they’d pay a good part‑time office person each month. I’ll tell you the exact numbers and how long we’d work together before you ever have to decide.

No. After the first phase we work month‑to‑month. If it’s not clearly worth it, you shouldn’t keep paying, and I don’t want you to. Making it easy to say “no” is part of how I keep myself honest.

That’s normal. Most owners I talk to don’t have perfect reports or dashboards. On the Diagnostic, we start with whatever you do have (invoices, booking software, Google Business Profile, bank deposits) and back into simple LAPS numbers: leads, appointments, presentations, and sales. Part of the value is helping you finally see your numbers clearly. That’s why we start with the Diagnostic.

No. I work with owners in Orlando in person and with businesses across the U.S. remotely over Zoom. The Diagnostic, implementation plans, and follow‑up can all be done online. If you’re near Orlando and want in‑person work, we can do that too. Either way, we start with the same Diagnostic.

We talk about what’s working, what’s not, and what you actually want from the business. I’ll ask a few simple questions, share what I’m seeing, and tell you what I’d focus on first. If it feels like a fit, I’ll outline next steps. If not, no hard feelings.

No. I’m not an ad agency and I don’t become another employee.

I don’t log into your ad accounts or run your campaigns for you. I help you decide what needs to change in your pricing, offers, and how you talk about your business – on your website, in your ads, and on the phone – so your marketing actually works better.

Your team and any agencies or tools you use still push the buttons. I make sure what you’re selling and saying is set up to bring in better customers and more profit from the work you’re already doing.

On your side, usually 1–2 hours up front for the diagnostic, then about an hour every couple of weeks to review, make decisions, and keep things moving. The whole point is to make your life simpler, not bury you in more work.

No one honest can guarantee a specific dollar amount, because your market, team, and implementation all matter. What I do guarantee is that we’ll identify a clear bottleneck and give you a practical plan to improve it. If you don’t feel the Diagnostic delivered that, you won’t pay, and you still keep your book. Strong guarantees reduce the risk for you and force me to focus on results.
